I bought it on September 8th and I have been using it for 13 days. I started with 68.7 and now I am 66.5 kilos. It is harder for me because I work sitting down. I didn't eat bread anyway. I have a half hour break in the afternoon. I eat very little because I try to rest. Sometimes I get by with fruit. I also eat very little in the evening. It makes me feel full very quickly. I feel bloated. I don't want to eat sweets, which I really like. The downside is that it causes insomnia. I am updating on September 30th. It doesn't affect my appetite as much as it did before. I can't lose weight. The eating situation is still the same. I don't eat. I am still hungry. I will update again until it runs out. Tea is finished but I couldn't write right away. I am still only 66.5 kilos. Of course, it is more effective if you exercise. When it runs out, tea feels like a really bad craving for junk food for about a week, but if you don't eat, you will have the willpower and that feeling passes.
